Brian began in the highest level kitchens, and created Nosh to bring his love of high end cuisine and his impressive skill set to a restaurant where anyone and everyone could enjoy!

And while Gina has worked in countless fields, her love of baking and talent for making terrific baked goods and treats is the inspiration for Nosh Cafe!
